How to Manifest with the Law of Assumption
The Law of Assumption suggests that by truly believing in something and assuming it’s already yours, you can manifest it into reality. This principle is rooted in the idea that your thoughts and beliefs shape your experiences. To use it effectively, you must assume, with complete confidence, that the desire you hold in your mind is already true. It’s about aligning your thoughts, feelings, and actions with the belief that your goal is already a part of your life. When you consistently embody this assumption, the universe responds by bringing opportunities and circumstances into alignment with your belief, making your manifestations come to fruition. In this article, you will find 5 law of assumption hacks on how to manifest what you truly want.

- Embody the person who would have what you want. Manifestation starts in the mind. If you would like to manifest something, you should try to think like a person who already has it. For example, if you would like to manifest a specific amount of money, then what kind of thoughts would you have? Would you think thoughts of not having it if you already have it? Or, would you think of things that you could purchase. If you don’t know where to begin, start with affirmations. An affirmation is a statement that you would like to be true in your life. A great affirmation for manifesting money would be, “I have $500,000 in my bank account.” Although it may not be true yet, you are teaching your subconscious mind to believe that you have it. A great technique to reprogram the subconscious mind is through robotic affirmations. It is the act of repeating an affirmation until there is a shift in your life. Try taking at least an hour out of your day to affirm what you want robotically and imagine how life would be at the same time. If you are looking to manifest more money, then you should think expensive thoughts as if you know you deserve it and will have it soon.
- Have imaginary conversations, with imaginary dialogue, about things that you would like to manifest. I call this method the, “Conversation method.” Choose a person in your life and act as if you are having a conversation them. Have them ask you questions regarding your manifestation. Hear their voice in your head as they ask you the question. An example would be, “Hey John, how much do you earn in a day?” You would then respond out loud and say the amount that you would like to earn. Do not limit yourself. Once you know the amount that you would like to manifest, say it out loud as you typically would if someone asked you that question. As long as it feels natural, repeat this as many times as you would like.
- Write it down and watch it unfold. Scripting involves writing down your desired reality as if it’s already come true, in the present tense. To use it, write a detailed journal entry or letter about how you’re living the life you desire, describing every aspect in a positive, present tone. For example, “I am so happy and grateful that I have a fulfilling career that I love.” By writing it out, you are reinforcing the belief that it’s already happening. I love using the Letter technique. The letter technique requires you to write a letter telling someone about an occurrence in your life. The occurrence in your life is your manifestation that already unfolded. For example, if you want to manifest buying your dream home, write a letter to a loved one detailing how you just did it.

Scripting is a powerful manifestation technique with several key benefits:
- Clarifies Your Desires: Writing out your goals in detail helps you get clear on what you truly want. By describing your desired reality, you focus your energy and intention on what you want to manifest, making it easier for the universe to bring it into your life.
- Aligns Your Thoughts and Emotions: When you script in the present tense, you’re not just imagining your desires, but also embodying the feelings of already having them. This emotional alignment is crucial, as it helps you resonate at a frequency that matches your desires, attracting them more easily.
- Strengthens Belief and Confidence: Writing as if your goals are already achieved reinforces the belief that they’re possible and within reach. This helps dissolve doubts and boosts your self-confidence, which is essential for successful manifestation.
- Enhances Focus and Consistency: Scripting is a repetitive practice that allows you to stay consistent in your thoughts and actions. The more frequently you script, the more you embed your desires into your subconscious, keeping your focus aligned with your goals.
- Invokes a Sense of Gratitude: Writing about your desires as if they’re already a part of your life helps cultivate a sense of gratitude. Gratitude is a powerful emotion that attracts more of what you’re thankful for, speeding up the manifestation process.

4. Imagine yourself already having your manifestation. Visualizing is the act of imagining something happening. In reference to manifestation, it is recommended that you visualize having your manifestation from a first person point of view. For example, if you are trying to manifest money, then you would imagine yourself counting the money with your hands. As you drift off to sleep, imagine a scenario where you would already have what you want. I recommend raising your vibrations first before visualizing. It gives your visualizations an extra boost!
If you need help with what to visualize, check out my PDF called Manifestation Momentum. It has over 275 affirmations, 33 visualization scenarios, across 11 different subjects.
5. Start expecting your manifestation to come and make room for it. The Law of Assumption teaches you that what you assume is true will manifest. The Law of Expectation states that what you expect to happen will happen. It is recommended that you start acting as if you’re about to receive your desire. If you are wanting to buy your dream home, then it wouldn’t hurt to start getting rid of clutter, buying new things for your home, and driving around your desired neighborhood after work. Expect it to happen. Your current thoughts and actions are laying the foundation for your future.
