Only the last four digits of your credit card can be seen in the back office of SendOwl Downloads or Stripe. We do not have access to the full banking or credit card information, the name of the card, address of the card, or the CVV number attached to the card.
All payments are processed through encrypted technology via the payment processor.

The only time information may be shared is if a dispute is opened through a payment processor such as Stripe, Paypal, Apple Pay, etc.. The information shared with the payment processor will only be used to solve any disputes or chargebacks. Disputes or chargebacks will only be opened by the customer.
Upon purchase, your IP address, name, method of payment, digital download footprint (for your purchase only), and email address is stored.
