How to Use the Law of Attraction
Tip #1 : You are constantly manifesting with your thoughts and emotions.
Everything that you think will come to fruition in the near future. It is important to become aware of your thoughts and control them. Positive thoughts will attract positive situations. To reprogram your mind, you will have to start being grateful for everything in your life and look for the positive in every situation. When you are having consecutive negative thoughts, stop yourself in your tracks. The only thing that you will gain from negative thoughts is more negative thoughts.
Start off your mornings with thanking the universe for everything you are grateful for. Afterward, proceed to call out everything that you love in your life. This is the first step to attracting more positive things into your life.
Always remember, your thoughts control your emotions and your emotions are the driving force to what you want to manifest.
Tip #2: Detachment is necessary to manifest.
You may have heard of the term “detachment” when it comes to the law of attraction. Detaching simply means that you must be satisfied regardless of if you have what you want or not. You must become satisfied and grateful for your current reality. The more you don’t think about not having what you want the better.
If you find yourself thinking about what you want to manifest, make sure it is in a positive light. For example, if you are trying to manifest more money then you shouldn’t think about the lack of not having it. Instead, focus on how you would feel if you had it already.
Tip #3: Never focus on the lack of not having it yet.
Thinking about the fact that you haven’t received what you want won’t bring it to you. In fact, that is telling the universe that’s what you want. Why? Because that’s what you’re thinking about. The universe basically says, “You don’t have it? Your wish is my command.”
The only thing you should focus on throughout the day is keeping your vibrations high and staying as happy as possible. The moment you are completely happy and content is the moment the universe will deliver what you want on a silver platter.
How to Apply the Law of Attraction
Applying the law of attraction to your life will be a step-by-step process. You can use the following steps to manifest anything into your life.
Step 1: Be sure of what you want.
In order to get the universe to help you manifest, you have to make your decision final. For example, if you want to manifest money then you should be set on an exact amount. Each time you change your mind is the moment the universe has to start over. Take a moment to really think about what you want and why you’re asking for it. Your intent is important. If you want to manifest more money, why? What is your reason for asking for what you’re asking for?
A woman who won $112,000,000 playing the lottery had a reason as to why she wanted to win the lottery. She wanted to adopt her sister’s children. She decided on an exact amount and didn’t change it. She also had a good reason as to why she wanted to win the lottery.
Step 2: Calm your mind.
The universe can’t hear what you want when your mind is racing. To calm your mind, you must:
- Go to a quiet, secluded place.
- Cut off all distractions for at least 15 minutes.
- Sit up in a comfortable position.
- Inhale slowly and deeply. Exhale slowly and deeply.
- Repeat for a minimum of 10 times.
- Focus on inhaling and exhaling.
Step 3: Raise your vibrations.
Happiness, love, and satisfaction are the best emotions that the human body can feel. Focus on things that make you happy, things that you love, and things that you are grateful for. Challenge yourself to think 20 positive thoughts in a row. During this process, you should start to feel feelings associated with happiness and gratitude.
Step 4: Verbally say your desire out loud and/or script what you want
Let the universe know what you want. There are two ways to do this. You can either verbally say out loud what you want or script about it. Scripting is the act of writing out what you want to manifest in a list or story format. (You can download your guided scripting sheets here.)
If you choose to verbally tell the universe what you want, be sure to include when you want to receive it and what your intentions are.
Step 5: Visualize the outcome
Your subconscious mind doesn’t know the difference between imaginary and reality. You should use this time to visualize having what you want. Create a scenario in which you have what you want already. Be as detailed as you would like.
Repeat this process for 5 consecutive days and detach.
